Warranty
Our products come with a lifetime guarantee against normal wear and tear. You are responsible for the cost of shipping. Depending on the issue, we will either repair the item or replace it entirely.
The warranty does not cover damage due to customer error. For example, if you're camping and your sheath is damaged by being too close to a fire, you will need to purchase a new one.
Leather, being a natural material, requires regular maintenance. We recommend applying a leather conditioner at least once a year under normal use. If subjected to hard use conditions, more frequent conditioning may be necessary.
Since leather can retain moisture, which may affect a blade's surface over time, never store your knife in its sheath for extended periods.
